I'd like to offer to my clients something you don't yet support. Would you consider adding support for this for me?

We are always more than happy to consider feature requests - thousands of the features that we now offer have their roots in customer suggestions. Feature requests, as with any general feedback on our service, can be submitted via the feedback form the Customer Area. We don't respond to all feedback directly, but it is all read and taken into account as we develop our products. 

If you prefer, simply drop an email with your suggestion to and they'll happily pass it along for you. All suggestions are considered and if your suggestion is eventually included, we'll let all customers know of it via our regular newsletter.
